Terms of sale

In order for Trinxy to be able to fulfill its contractual obligations, the Customer must, in connection with the first order placed:

a. register in Trinxy’s customer register by stating e-mail address, postal address, name, social security number or organization number and VAT registration number;
b. give their consent to Trinxy entering submitted data into its customer register.
Trinxy will also use information from the customer register for marketing purposes. By accepting these terms and conditions, the customer consents to this use of their data. Given consent can be revoked at any time via info@trinxy.se.

Trinxy customer records are confidential. Trinxy undertakes not to pass on information in the register to other than group companies or to a different extent than is specified by law.

It is the Customer’s responsibility to continuously update their registration details. If a shipment is returned due to incorrect registration information, the Customer will be charged according to the order value explained under the “Delivery” section.

The applicable price is the price stated at the time of the order on www.trinxy.com or in a valid quote. Trinxy reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.

Consumers within the EU always pay Swedish VAT, while Consumers outside the EU do not pay Swedish VAT.

In the case of deliveries outside Sweden, possible import and customs fees may be added.

For deliveries within Sweden, payment can be made against invoice or via bank/debit/credit card.

For deliveries outside Sweden, payment can be made via bank/debit/credit card, unless otherwise specifically agreed.

When paying against an invoice, payment must be made by the Consumer within fourteen (14) days and by the Business customer within twenty-one (21) days from the invoice date. If Trinxy suspects that the creditworthiness is not satisfactory, Trinxy has the right to demand payment by card or cancel the order.

The customer is obliged to ensure that funds are available on the card account until Trinxy has received payment for the entire order. Should coverage be missing or payment for other reasons not go through, Trinxy has the right to cancel the order.

In the event of late payment, late payment interest is payable according to law (currently 8% per month) as well as a statutory reminder fee for Consumers of SEK 60 and Business customers of SEK 450

In connection with each order, the customer must read and accept these terms and conditions. All notifications must be made by e-mail. The customer undertakes to monitor his e-mail after the order has been placed.

Binding purchase agreements only arise after Trinxy has confirmed the order by e-mail. Trinxy reserves the right to final sale of ordered product.

The services are delivered digitally as specified for each product or quotation.

If a different product has been delivered than the one the customer ordered or if the product is damaged, the customer must immediately make a complaint via info@trinxy.se and indicate the fault.

Disputes as to whether the goods are faulty or damaged can be referred to the General Complaints Board.

In addition to what is stated above and in addition to what is prescribed for Consumers in the Consumer Purchase Act, Trinxy has no responsibility for errors and/or delays and is not responsible for any damage – either directly or indirectly.

Swedish law must be applied to all purchases according to these terms and conditions and disputes must be tried by a Swedish general court.

Links on www.trinxy.se make it possible to also leave Trinxy’s server. The Linked Sites are not under the control of Trinxy and Trinxy assumes no responsibility whatsoever for the content of such sites or the content of any link contained in such sites. The inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement by Trinxy of that website.

Under no circumstances will Trinxy be liable for indirect, consequential or any other damage resulting from the impossibility or difficulty of using computers or information, loss of information or loss of profit in connection with the use of our services available through Trinxy.
